Hirschegg 2023
Sun, 06.08. – Sat, 12.08.2023 – Hirschegg is a Youth Week hosted in the beautiful Austrian Alps.
The German CYC are organizing a summer study week to take place in Hirschegg, (Austria) for the second time in a row. If you are between 16-35 you are very welcome to come and join us on this week of international friendship. Enjoy Bible Study, good German food and outdoor activities, such as hiking, soaking up some sun in the meadow – or just a chat on a bench with a wonderful view!

Getting Here
Since the week starts and ends in Esslingen, it’s best if you book a flight to Stuttgart’s Echterdingen Airport (STR) where we can arrange to pick you up. After the meeting on Sunday morning (6th of August, 10am) we´ll have lunch at the ecclesial hall and then drive off to Austria (approx. 3,5h drive). The Study Week will end in the afternoon of Saturday 12th of August.
Please let us know in advance, when you will be arriving in Germany and when you plan to depart, so that we can plan for accommodation and transport. Between your arrival and departure from Stuttgart, all your travel & accommodation needs will be taken care of.
Booking Information
The cost of the week will be 375€.

If you are younger than 18 years old, please also fill out the form for parental consent.
In the past years, the bookings were confirmed on a first come – first served basis.
This year we have decided to try a different booking process, which will hopefully give more people the chance to join us at Steibis without the stress of handing their booking in at midnight on a certain day.
After bookings close on the 18th December 2022, each booking will have an equal chance to be randomly picked for a space at Hirschegg 2023.
Confirmation e-mails will be sent out in January 2023.
If your booking is not among the ones that are picked to attend, you will be put on the waiting list. If we should be able to offer you a space later on, we will contact you and ask you to re-confirm your booking.
